Revising lecture capture strategy - just now high amount of post production work involved, so looking towards education staff around other options - podcasts, short videos etc.

Timetabling key issue for the students and mobile access to course, timetable, assignment information. Have encountered some reluctantance from staff around supplying information - but working through this now and staff seem to be coming round.

Have conducted joint survey on students use of technology - not many students actually use PCs - this will influence university policy. Striving to be device agnostic - particularly for student facing services.
