Timetabling key issue for the students and mobile access to course, timetable, assignment information. Have encountered some reluctantance from staff around supplying information - but working through this now and staff seem to be coming round.

High percentage of laptop ownership by students but often they are second hand, older machines and wifi not consistently available

Have conducted joint survey on students use of technology - not many students actually use PCs - this will influence university policy. Striving to be device agnostic - particularly for student facing services.
