BB web front end adapted to show staff and students lists of course modules, dates for assessment submission and return. In parallel, an electronic task list of all hand-back dates are posted into staff Outlook calendars to alert staff to impending deadlines

Staff are developing more comment banks and consistency and transparency of marks and comments in response to student feedback. Students liked comments that gave them links to study resources/study skills etc.

Evaluation is showing some innovative uses of the technologies including tracking student progression though engagement with assessment diaries; facilitating personal tutor/student conversations by accessing work marked online to engage students in active learning through the use of multiple feedback sources across all modules on a stage of study.

Currently there isn't integration between the student record system and the VLE, CETIS have offered to send information/guidance to appropriate staff on integration choices.

team are working with their AV team to recording 1-1 student reflection video interviews. Format tbc, but they will be released as OERs and sharing on a variety of sites including the project blog and the Design Studio. CETIS sending information on OER licences.

Students can build eportfolios using Campus Pack BB addons, reflect on assessment experience through that. Guidance on PDP comes from individual programmes. Not part of this project.

CELT seminar series for staff development, project staff will be presenting, open to external guests as well as university staff. Investigating ways of using technology for staff development. Capture seminar with Panopto so staff can access online whenever they want to.

Outputs will be reports, videos with staff. Web 2.0 persona - avatars to have quick conversations; good links with Hong Kong University who've done work with avatars on introducing concepts, slightly different types of staff development.
