Partners are up to speed with fileshare and social media, Project will focus on where partners are less good at resource description, tracking and drawing collections together.

Thinking about how to do tracking. First step is tracking access through various host platforms (wordpress, fileshare).

how licence info is embedded into resource will depend on format of material and how many resources there are. Hope to have licence & other info in resource whenever possible.

e.g. one partner http://www.expeditionworkshed.org/ has great video resources presented through flash, cannot link to or otherwise discover individual videos.

sustainability is important: partners need to be able to look after resources after project has gone. WordPress looks promising for this.

Work with partners to allow them to host or suggest where they might host resources in a way that supports OER (e.g. fileshare sites, may host some materials on server at Liverpool).

Technical approach of project: create collection (portal/repository) for resources, pointers to resources or holding resources.
