The team have investigated the LDSE, but feel that in its current state it is not fit for their needs. They are going to re-visit the Co-genT tool to see if they can use it help develop skills with staff in writing learning outcomes.

The team have been doing a lot of work with the Canvas took, which they feel is very useful for creating contextualised models. It also has several export functions which allow any relationships and contextual information to b saved. The team think this could be a very useful tool to be used in the course validation process.

Now new developer in place, good progress is being made with the 8Lem widget. This will now be released as a customisable framework for any card based, brain storming activity. The team will release an 8 Lem version, plus some other exemplars along with the framework. UI feedback on the prototype will start in March 2012 with release planned for June 2012.

The project is using the SODA decision-making approach and would be interested in attending a workshop on the approach if such could be organised.

Added archimate as a means of modelling institutional processes. It would fit on a slightly higher, less techy level from BPMN.
