Jorum: currently ~860 resources, concerned about upload. Happy to write export formats. Resource allocation to use uploader per resource would be a significant burden on project time.

Learning Object Creator (LOC) tool: http://www.llas.ac.uk/loctool being by used by some to create and upload resources but will also be used at end of project to make learning objects
