CCC-EED: Context, Culture and Creativity: Enriching e-Learning in Dance

The CCC-EED project aims to create and embed OERs which enhance student-centred learning, and maximize the use of enriched digital resources and collections in the Dance education sector (HE, FE, and schools). University of Surrey academic staff will collaborate with staff in the National Resource Centre for Dance to design enriched e-learning packages.

Third-party materials will be issue, not all assets (embedded or linked-to) will be creative commons licensed but learning material built around them will be.

Some tech. issues around creating/displaying dance notation, sometimes only possible on Mac (sometimes PC is right tool)

Students look for videos on internet of duets in different styles for inclusion in hand book. Hard to find examples. A few on YouTube, not esp. good quality.

Embedded licence on digitized resource and attribution in student-created work is in-scope, but not aware on any support for this in free version of prezi.
