Articulate presenter, which only publishes as SWF, is the main format/interoperability headache.

Mix of file formats. Avoid resource in singel format, e.g. SWF-only, so that iPads can view them.

Tracking: as with scooter, monthly report on downloads, shares, likes from social site; hits and downloads from individual resources; Google analytics. Trying surveys and feedback from facebook.

cc:by-sa is preferred licence. SA helps get around the commercial conundrum: avoids excessive exploitation by others without limiting reuse in commercial sector. May get improved versions shared back.
