Team exploring collaborative opportunities for developing use of mozilla badges, but will probably be a year 2 development.

Another is group focusing around video capture and online conference, team expect this to influence decisions around recording some f2f interviews.

Hoping to merge DIAL and ALTO UK focus groups to avoid duplication of effort particularly for more generic issues. These will be enhanced by smaller more focused surveys specific to DIAL

Encouraging use of video but no formats, technologies have been specified. Will be doing some of this as part of baselining.

Have technical group centred around video production - and as project develops will share existing resources and where appropriate via the community portal, and develop case studies from each community.

Want to make communications between communities open and transparent, hope to have site up and running by end of January. Code will be released as open source.

Drupal site providing aggregation of activities on various platforms (blogs, twitter etc). Project team see this as a prototype system just now.
